YSB pressure transmitter, your best industrial production tool

Pressure transmitters are devices used to convert pressure into pneumatic or electrical signals for control and remote transmission. They are capable of transforming the physical pressure parameters of gases, liquids, and other substances sensed by the pressure sensing element into standardized electrical signals, such as 4~20mADC. These signals are then supplied to secondary instruments, such as indicators, alarm devices, recorders, and controllers, facilitating precise measurement, indication, and process adjustment.

Part. 1 Overview

The YSB-E electric pressure transmitter is designed for industrial process applications and is capable of measuring pressure in liquids, steam, and gases. Utilizing advanced fully isolated intelligent conversion and digital compensation technology, it boasts exceptional anti-interference capabilities and extremely high measurement accuracy. Its strong vibration resistance makes it suitable for various working conditions, and the extensive range of available liquid-contact materials, such as SUS316L, Hastelloy, and tantalum, ensures compatibility with nearly all media.

Part. 3 Installation and Precautions

● Generally, the instrument should be installed upright and perpendicular to the horizontal direction, with protective measures taken to prevent intentional damage.
● When installing the pressure interface with M20x1.5 external thread or 1/2NPT external thread, sealing gaskets made of brass or PTFE should be added for proper sealing.
● The pressure to be measured should fall within the measuring range, and it is advisable to select a measuring range that is at least 1.5 times greater than the measured pressure.
● The instrument can be directly installed on the flange interface of the measuring pipeline. For ease of installation and maintenance, stop valves and drain valves (see the figure below) should be added between the flange joint and the pipeline.
● When installing the instrument, the drain valve should be opened to ensure the pressure loop is unobstructed and connected to the pipeline.
